To promote an efficient use of materials and labor, our client wanted a chair that could support their full weight using only a single slab of recycled wood. My team developed a sitting chair that emphasized ergonomics, stability, and easy assembly.

Billions of shoes are made every year, while millions of older pairs that take decades to decompose are thrown into landfills. With this global issue in mind, I wanted to explore a sustainable way to produce shoes that can be scaled; the result was a 3D printable sneaker that could be modified for individual use cases indefinitely.
As an advocate for journaling and sketching anytime, I wanted to transform the plain Cashier journals I used for recording my thoughts into an experience other creatives could find value in. The result was a metallic hard cover system that creates a stable surface while still looking more visually appealing.

Fusions
Many companies often have to expand into new product markets to remain successful. Fusions is a series of products that incorporates Lexus’s brand identity as seen through its 2019 ES 350 model and applies it to possible product avenues.
Lamp Shade
An effective lamp shade diffuses light in order to protect a person’s eyes. In order to improve upon the item’s formulaic design, I chose to explore how a lamp shade whose form was inspired by flowers could uphold its function while being modifiable to different environments.
